Ok put a new SD Card in still nothing, if I do a factory reset will I lose my ProVoice, DMR and NXDN upgrades ?

Ok thanks for the info, so I will keep all my upgrades when I do factory reset.

If you get a new SD card and reformat it with SD Formatter, then prepare the card for use by doing a Clear User Data and finally doing a write to your scanner, that is pretty much a Factory Reset.

Ok did everything that I could do, now I get one conventional channel that I can hear which is highway patrol but I do not receive any P25, NXDN OR DMR channels .
