Need recommendations for p25 antenna to monitor a system 25~30 miles away on SDS100

I'll have to rig up some sort of pole and base so I can put it inside.

Camera tripod is what I use. Torchiere light works good also. Yagi only 14 inches long and aluminum so pretty light weight.

I don't care if it's 3 ft tall, just makes it more portable.

You'll care when it pops the antenna connector off. Short answer you need an external antenna from the scanner.

I have one of these mounted outside and it works really well. Can't quite remember where I bought it from, though (here or amazon). It may be a bit large for inside use, though.
