I have a life time subscription but am unable to decrypt any updates after 2.395 with the last supplied password. I've emailed DSD at dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com but have had no reply after nine days. Is there any other channel to contact them?

What exactly happens? Do you get a wrong password message or something else? What program are you using to try to extract the updates?
I'm using WinRAR - which has previously worked many times before - and I'm getting an incorrect password message.

Verify the password is the same as the last one from the last email you received from them.
I used to have issues using Win Rar. Try using 7-Zip that @BM82557 linked above.
Good idea but that profile has not logged in since 2020.
Only way would be the email above. Include the email address you had at the time you signed up.
NEVER had a problem with winrar and have used it several times this week on fastlane (as well as many other protected archives). Are you manually entering the password or using copy/paste? If the latter then make sure you aren't incluing a space character at the beginning or end when you copy it
In addition to what @morfis said, copy-paste often includes invisible characters and whitespaces mostly at the end but not strictly. Open notepad and paste it there. Then copy it again making sure no whitespaces are available, which is clearly visible when text is selected. If others symbols are being present this should be enough to get rid of them. Now paste again when asked.
