ARC-XT Pro is the software I’m using for programming.

I use ARC-XT also. If you attach your RSF programming file, I will check it for errors. You will need to right click on the file and Send to Compressed (zipped) folder to be able to attach it. Click on Attach files and Open the zipped folder.

I'm using the one right from the RadioReference database. I uploaded it straight to my scanner after downloading and transferring it via USB connection.

If you download from scanner and save the file and attach it, I will be able to see what is in the scanner.

I uploaded the whole system to the scanner, I did unselect several NB, PEI and DOT/School board channels but left police, fire, ambulance and DFO. A direct transfer of the file from Radio Reference to the scanner was completed using ARCXT-Pro, I didn't change any setting and the scanner was in factory format at the time with no other programmed systems.

I can't upload the rsf programming file to this site for yo to look at unfortunately as the site will not accept that type of file for upload, likely to ensure payment to their programming service. --- good business I guess.

I could email the file if needed?

Nothing to do with "ensuring payments"..... Just zip the file first, then upload it.

Thanks for the advice, I'm clearly a mac guy which is horrible for this.

I figured out the issue. Digital encryption took place on the system even though we were told that wasn't the case at work. Thanks everyone.

If you zip the file, you will be able to attach it.
