It is not public avaiable. But I have a copy of it.
I looked at the code and it’s possible. The only problem is that the version in the updater tool is older than the version my receiver was shipped with. Mine came with version 1.02, mcu 3.01, dsp 1.04Hi c0ne is it possible to do translating the firmware. Is it not encrypted and when send to the radio is it also encrypted.
I am not an expert in this. But normaly a firmware for expensive radios are encrypted.
I have not seen any new firmware for this radio sinse "DJ-X100(CPU 2.00-000 éã DSP 1.03)\DJ-X100(CPU 2.00-000 éã DSP 1.03)
And this is back from almost a year now. 2023-05.
DJ-X100 does not have an automatic mode detection function.Automatic mode detection?
Hello, I'm Thomas (D9L3YEB) and I imported a DJ-X100 from Japan out of curiosity. I get along quite well with the basic functions using Google Lens Translator and a translated manual.
My question to the users of this device:
I don't see any automatic mode detection. DMR, NXDN, D-Star etc. work fine if I set these as modes manually. But I would have expected there to be an automatic analysis and recognition of the correct digital mode.
Does the device not have this feature or is this function somewhere in the Japanese language menu?

Thanks for info. It is standard in the Uniden series and works reasonably well there. Maybe Alinco will add this feature in a future firmware version to the DJ-X100.DJ-X100 does not have an automatic mode detection function.
Not likely. It seems that there has been no update to this for over a year. And it has only menu in Japanese language.Has anybody heard if these will be released in the USA or Australia?
It's confirmed that the Alinco DJ-X100 will be released in Europe early 2025 and will also have dPMR. 30 - 470 MHz. English menu.
