Nice picture. Doesn't do anyone in the USA any good that would like one of these. Was told by AOR USA to watch the website. When it gets posted, should be available. Has this receiver been FCC approved yet?

Well maybe we will see them in the USA by next christmas.
Looking forward to seeing more specs on this. Hopefully they will show all the digital information like the SDS series do. Talkgroups are vital to searching and monitoring. UID's come in as pretty important also. Maybe I just missed it in the specs that have been already offered. Too soon to know for sure

Not a bad price IF its as good as they say it is. If you order from them, am assuming its the japanese version. Think I will wait for AOR USA to get them in stock before I decide. Want to hear personal reviews first.

Enclosed a brochure of the DV3. Price in Switzerland is predicted with 1500 CHF. First samples shall be available in February 2026
Has great specs. Not liking one antenna port. With the issues the DV1 went through, I will wait for some good reviews from the folks getting this radio before I decide. I will get one IF its at least as good as the R8600.

One single antenna port for such a wide frequency range? What could possibly be better? 🤦♂️
My only 2 holdups are if it has the ability to show talkgroups and UID's, and the performance. Not showing talkgroups is a solid dealbreaker for me. That is pretty basic stuff for digital modes, especially DMR and P25.
Otherwise, unlike the SDS150, that I bought as soon as they were available, and am very pleased with, the DV-1 seemed to be a PITA to many. I am hoping the DV-3 will be much improved. So for those reasons, I will personally hold off on this bad boy, and see how others like it, and also, until I actually know it's abilities and limitations. Because as of now, it is purely speculative, based on the limited amount of factual information available at the present time. Heck, they may surprise me.

Wonder if a firmware update could fix showing talkgroups.
Someone mentioned about the brochure posted didn’t state anything about talk groups or UID’s.
Send a message to who you plan on buying it from asking total cost to your address. Would ask if you need warranty work, who to send it to. Doubt AOR USA would touch it. I’ll wait for the USA model. To risky. Now if AOR posts not for sale here, would consider ordering overseas. Am hoping some reviews come out soon.
The AR-DV3 is only showing up on AOR Japan Japanese language site and is available via AOR Direct. From how I understand it, AOR Direct does not ship to foreign countries. But a banner comes up from WorldShopping which does handle international shipping.
WorldShopping looks like a freight forwarding service. They order the DV3 from AOR and receive it at their warehouse. Then they ship it to you. Besides the purchase price, there are Japanese domestic tax, domestic shipping fee, purchase agency fee, international shipping fee, international handling fee, and international shipping insurance premiums.
WorldShopping uses Delivered Duty Paid and charges a flat rate of 22.2%. I saw reference to 10% of the purchase price for the WorldShopping purchase agency fee. I bet ordering through WorldShopping will be expensive after all the fees are tacked on.
