New Firware Upgrade?

I Havent Downloaded New Firmware For 5 Months Or So And Forgot The Steps How To Get New Upgrades Loaded Into My Scanner Psr 500. Im Also Drawing A Blank On Where I Foud The Instructions On How To So.

Sorry If A Trivial Question, But I Just Cant Remember How I Did It The Last Time
