NAVTEX New frequency?

I just discovered that the USCG's Navtex frequency of 8416.5 has changed to 8415.6 kHz. I was using my old preset, which explains why I haven't been able to hear it for a while. Has anyone else noticed this? The EiBi listing still shows 8416.5, so at first I thought that my receiver was out of alignment, but both of my radios pick it up on the same new frequency.

The old frequency is also used by a Navtex station in Iqaluit in the Canadian Arctic, and another in Argentina. Maybe that's why the USCG decided to change frequencies. Actually, I hope the change is permanent, because there's some annoying RFI here just above 8416.5.
