New ham in Oxford

Not sure if anyone scans this area. I see we are Phase 2 on the towers near me. I'm only phase 1 capable for now...IV scanned around and haven't heard much on analog....anyone have any ham,public safety or biz freq..ect to listen to? I hear a little gmrs and a little statewide DMR am I missing the amateur community up here?
