Not sure what this group of "TG's" was all about, someone more knowledgeable than I would have to explain. System function or some kind of patching maybe? But the affiliations were all 167527xx RIDs.

64xxx and 65xxx are Dynamic talkgroups and could change anytime. Usually temporary patches

Yesterday 5698 popped up (Yes I know the talkgroups are normally odd numbered). It sounds like an interop talkgroup being used by Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Northampton, Bucks and the DRJTBC.

Those blocks of talkgroups and subscribers are ISSI related. Temporarily assigned to facilitate roaming.

More radios being mis-assigned with Hunterdon County ID's.

Nice catch! It sounds like the first daily test of the “NJ PA Interops TG”. This occurs at 10am. The full roll call included:

Monroe County as Control
Hunterdon
DRJTBC
Northhampton
Warren
Pike County
Bucks County

We shall see if it remains on 5698. I will look if P25 or PII.

5698 is TDMA. There are very few FDMA talkgroups left on this system, they are resource hogs and need to be eradicated ASAP.

Another friendly reminder that most of these talkgroups are recorded via the Calls platform, and there are no shortage of nodes for the NJICS providing great coverage throughout the state.

I assume that this can only be heard on the Walpack site and not high point?

Pike County Communications is right in Milford. That's like a 50/50 shot for Walpack or Highpoint I would guess, without looking at individual site coverage plots or control station antenna directionality.

Someone that tracks radio IDs might be able to track down which site the Pike county radio affiliated with.

Comm Center hasn't been in Milford in over a decade. They moved to the Training Center grounds in Lords Valley way back in 2012.

TG 5698 appears to be across an ISSI connection between PA and NJ. That means that the PA counties are almost certainly using their STARNet consoles, not subscriber radios affiliating with NJICS sites. So far traffic is only being carried in NWNJ on the Walpack and Hunterdon sites, and there haven't been any subscriber affiliations at those sites, only voice traffic from consoles.

There were clues to this in the audio now that you mention it.++(y)

FDMA TG’s with grant activity in a recent 24 hour period Site 1, W. Orange.

1037Essex County Corrections 1
1675JemSTAR South
1677JemSTAR North
1709EMRAD 28 NJSP OEM EOC
1759StateCom 2 North
2281C3-1 Division
3625NJDOT North Maintenance
4175USAI Region 4
4593Bergen FM All Call
5115Atlantic Medevac Ops 1

Things that move fast will prefer FDMA I believe. State Comm’s & UASI FDMA as per interoperability guidelines, indeed this leaves very little other FDMA remaining.

I've just noticed that the DRBA Cape May Lewes Ferry Police are now using NJICS talkgroup 2177, which is listed in the database as NJSP Troop A Division Call, as their primary talkgroup. DRBA Ferry PD had initially been using NJICS talkgroup 1785. I monitor them on the Cape May Simulcast site. Their transmissions are simultaneously broadcast on the Delaware State P25 p2 system on talkgroup 1687.

I'll hold off on making a submission until some more time has passed to confirm this change is somewhat permanent.

I can't speak as to if their use of it is permanent, but the talkgroup remains still 7A1-01 Troop A Division Call. That part hasn't changed.
