New Name for SCD in Stark County

It seems that the former Stark Complete Dispatch (SCD) that is now operated by Nimishillen Township Fire Department is calling itself Cen-Com. I first heard it over the air last night. I am not sure whether they are spelling it with an "S" or a "C" and I have no idea what it stands for. Anyone know? Possibly Central Communications?

Neither the old name nor the new name really fits. It was never complete, having many others dispatched by other entities. It is also not really in the center.
