New Ocean County TRS TG

It was just used again today at 07:39 EDT. I have it in my scanner, I wonder what it's used for.

Does anyone know if their southern tower is down. I cannot pick up this TRS in Atlantic County anymore. Did they change their base freq or offset?

As far as I know the Tuckerton tower is up and running. It is still looming over my back yard as we speak. I had my 796 inside reprogramming it and it was picking up the CC for the TRS loud and clear without an antenna.

Nope, Trunker hasn't logged activity on it since the 25th of May. It was probably just a temporary ID. Don't remove it yet, though.

OK, I think I IDed this talkgroup. It's some type of Fire Coordinator talkgroup, I think it's an alternate to the known one.

EDIT: From the Long Island and Northeast Scanning Resources Message Board:

Just heard it today. It is the talkgroup for Ocean County EMS Coordinators. Very active for the structure fire at the Manahawkin Convent Center.

No word yet on if the old talkgroup is still used.
