Hello fellow humans, I’m looking to find someone that can help me.

I have a Uniden BCD436, am I able to program the new LMRN System from OPP and regionals to scan again ? Since they have changed the system my scanner is silent.

Thanks in advance

From what I can find, it's still encrypted over P25. Why wouldn't it be possible to listen? Sorry, I'm a bit of a noob and an addict.

A slight bit of clarity that may help you understand as well;

P25 itself is not encryption - P25 is the digital encoding for voice and data. It is capable of being both clear and encrypted, depending on the choosing of the system administrators/agencies.

Previously on FleetNet the OPP utilized P25 encoding for voice traffic, but it was NOT encrypted (other than on investigative channels).
