I don't see any competition here. ICR15 is a handheld receiver only and the FTM 510 DR is a 50W mobile transceiver.

Ya I'll be honest I'm not even sure why the 510 is being even referred to as a scanning receiver. If that's the case then so are the other 20 or so mobile and HH ham radios I already have.
