New Scanning in YEG

Hi All,
Had recently been playing with SDR and now purchased a cheap scanner.
Any tips or points of interest in the area to scan?

I’m considering purchasing a Uniden with trunking. With the current state of the AFRRCS, does anyone still suggest the spend?

In Edmonton, the SDS series from Uniden. The Edmonton 'site' is a simulcast cell of 5 sites, all using the same frequencies. Only the SDS series will decode it properly.

I have a dual SDR set up on Windows / Mac which is was successfully decoding the AFRRCS system slightly. I'm going to rebuild that set up again with Unitrunker, I think.
Just got a super cheap Baofeng UV-21. I'm just looking to save a couple active channels for chatter in the meantime.
