There is a tg on the Orange county p25 system. Sounds like help trucks that are operating on a state highway

There are no new talkgroups on the Orange County system. Maybe provide a TGID so we know what you're talking about, although I suspect you're hearing SP Haverstraw from the Rockland system on a dynamically assigned ISSI talkgroup.
