New Talkgroups for DEMHS Region 5

Looks like New Hartford Fire and Litchfield EMD were active on 5501 and 5502 somewhere between the motorcycle accident and the unidentified mysterious explosion.

Anyone know what the specific uses are? I'm thinking maybe all call and command but there doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern among DEMHS Regions 1-4

Those are both public works talk group so I don't really know why they would be active on those at all.

I just went and took a look at the events on DSD and here's what I've got on my end:

Affiliations: 5501, 5502, 5512, 8654, 8655 (not sure if the two 865X TG's are directly related to this post in terms of new Region 5 TG's, just throwing them in there for informational purposes. Affiliations aren't anything concrete necessarily anyways.)
Voice: 8654 - Testing LCD TAC 1 in the Cornwall area with RID's: 1954059 (DEMHS Region 5), 2039005 (NWCTPS)

There was a lot of channel selector knob spinning that day (6/21/2025) from a couple different DEMHS radios. Cycled through Interops, LCD, DEEP TG's, etc. There was radio testing in Torrington on their respective TG's yesterday (6/24/2025) as well.
There was also a rope rescue drill at Housatonic Meadows off Rt 7 that day. NWCTPS was notified about it on NWCTPS-2 TG. Field unit made a mention of NWCTPS-1 not working in that area.

NWCTPS 1 is an FDMA talk group, only works on FDMA channels.
