City Progress....

From what I gather, not to much progress is being made. While equipment is 'IN', none has been installed, in-fact there are several new city patrol cars that don't have radios installed because EDACS equipment is no longer being installed in new vehicles since they have the Moto radios. It is a waiting game to get equipment installed and officers and Fire personnel trained to use the new system

Do you happen to know if that is because RA Comm is swamped with other work or is it because the City is dragging its feet on the conversion? For the new cars why not go ahead and install the Moto radios and have them carry their EDACS portables until they decide to convert?

Just heard TG 3282 being tested and called "Fireground 1". Not sure if this might be a new TG for the Terre Haute area or not? Also heard the same testing on 3296, which is currently known as "Fireground 1".

that would fit the current pattern Drunyon....also James I believe your right, Racomm must be too busy with limited staff...but I understand your point, as officers have only there portables right now if they recently got a new cruiser lol.

Caught some more testing either tuesday or wednesday from radio service...looks like another Parke County Analog group bites the dust....that will be THFD 2...PARKE FIRE 0...actually Parke county only uses there Digital Fire groups...probably why they are getting reassigned to THFD....the group was
