Hello, we just moved to Apache Junction and was trying to get some area freq's I believe I found Mesa, AJ, & sheriff's, I'm stuck on the Med flight freq's for the helicopter's. I'm using a Sds200 so I should be ok. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TOPAZ RWC has the following Talk Groups: (use Mesa simulcast)
Mesa PD Districts
Mesa Fire and Medical (Apache Junction, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Superstition Fire District, Rio Verde)
Ft McDowell Fire
Gilbert PD Dispatch
Maricopa County Sheriff is on MCSO P25 system (use Chandler/Mesa simulcast)
You being in Pinal County (AJ), the Pinal County system is encrypted so no listening to them.
DPS uses UHF analog (460. ) and the AZWINS system, metro east 460.200 and south 460.275, Dist 12 Globe 460.475, Dist 11 Prescott 460.425 would be good for your area.
Several air medical companies in the metro area but Native Air, PHI, and Banner fly your area the most. Also a 123.025 is the Air to Air for the helos use to talk to one another when they are working the same area.

Rural/Metro serves several unincorporated "islands" along with Fountain Hills this way not sure what districts but they only have one dispatch so you get east and west.

If you go "mobile" to the west then you will want to use the Phoenix RWC system that is a whole different animal.......

The correct Highway Patrol districts are 12 for Prescott and 11 for Globe. East Metro is 13, South Metro is 18, Casa Grande is 6 and Tucson is 8. and the night shift for East/South are the 2000 cars (west side are 1900s.) Motors in Metro PHX are 700s, 1700s down in Tucson. All are receivable right here in AJ and the East Valley.
I listen to DPS the most because they are the easiest to hear. They also do a lot of combining district dispatch at night, so it's common to hear Yuma Dist 4 on Dist 6, Sierra Vista Dist 9 with Dist 8, and N. AZ Dists 1, 2, and 3 on Dist 11. I do a combined AZWINS on a 436 and conventional UHF on an Anytone Ham mobile to hear them.
Anyway, enough of that. Welcome to the neighborhood, hope you like it. Maybe I'll run into you sometime at the gun store across from harbor Freight, AJI. Good folks running it. I've picked up some really good deals over there.

Welcome! Lots of good Forest Service monitoring in your area too. I personally enjoy this stuff more than local law enforcement.
