What does this mean. I'm listening to Oso on the outskirts of what should work.
Documentation isn't going to tell you what every line is. The radio is being commanded to silently transmit. Often used when a radio is suspected to be lost/stolen.
Off topic, but what are you using for an input device? And are you running FMP*.bat and 1R.bat ?

I have 2 RTL's working on this system and am using FMP24.CC.bat and FMP24.VC.bat along with 1R.bat

The best way to learn is read through the DSD+ posts in the forums and you will learn a lot. Many of the questions, common or specific, have been asked at one point or another.
Thanks - I have been doing a lot of reading on here that is for sure - along with a lot of documentation people were kind enough to write up for folks like me. Retirement is good - its giving me time to enjoy this hobby again.
If you're running 2 RTL's with FMP24-CC.bat and FMP24-VC.bat, then for optimal performance, you should run 2 instances of DSDPlus - CC.bat and VC.bat instead of 1R.bat
