1 - per site policy, the only information withheld from the database is information on Federal and Military systems, and that only upon receipt of a written request (on letterhead) from the individual in charge of the system, usually the base or installation commander. The policy does not apply to state and local systems/frequencies.
So far, MRA is the only advertised system that has its information listed as restricted. MRA is not a Federal or a Military entity. Hopefully, the trend won't continue, but the precedent has been set...
