No. The only channels that are encrypted are IAD and the Comissioners channel.

I have been hearing a lot of talk this week on DoITT Talkgroup 6128 Which is in the DB as "DoITT CH-2 Testing/Temporary Use"

Anyone know if this is now officially assigned to a department? The chatter has been about patient or elderly relocations throughout the city.

They probably have the radios out for loaner. I believe Bellevue hospital is/was in the process of transferring patients to area hospitals.

Thanks... I'll write down any pertinent info as I hear it. The main lady speaking gives reports on FEMA directives and also instructions... and was last complaining she can't get out of her office, no gas, no public transport and not even able to rent a car, and not able to get gas even if she could.

Could be homeless relocations too...
