Newark PD Question

I receive newark PD 2,3,4 and 5 PCT fairly well from nyc, my question is Citywide and Investigations/special ops are they ever used? I have them programed but I never hear a thing.

Also which NPD precinct covers the area of university heights? Specifically the area around Rutgers university newark campus?

Danny if I had to guess I would say the 4th. 2nd is by me North Newark,3rd is Ironbound,the 5th I think is the south so that would leave the 4th for central and the newly created 1st. The taskforce and the detectives sometimes pop up but now that you mention it it's been quiet. Maybe they had to change up or they have old frequencies that they use.

Oh my God how could I forget the "Wild West" LOL that's right! I read before about that new precinct bieng created to help on crime I hope it works.
