Its been years since Ive owned a scanner. These are the Channels listed on to top I want to listen to. What is a Good Budget unit that I could listen to these channels on

Surry County, North Carolina (NC) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference (radioreference.com)
As far as only what is on that database page, just about any low end analog scanner, such as the BC125AT, would work.

However, I suspect that what is on that page may no longer show the correct details. Your county, Scurry, has a number of talkgroups on North Carolina's statewide system.

To receive those channels, you would need a digital scanner capable of handling trunked system, as mark has already noted.

I would suggest that you request your thread be moved to the North Carolina state forum. . To do that, do not create a new thread. Instead, click on the Report in the lower left corner of one of your posts, and request that a moderator move your thread to the state forum. Someone in the area would be more likely to see it there. They might also be able to tell you whether or not the conventional channels on Scurry's database page are still in use.
