Hi All..

I'm a long time scanner chaser, and have been a mod for a facebook group for a couple of years that is ran by a young teen in my community. He has recently joined the Air Force and has put me in charge of being admin for his group. He had quite the setup, where his scanner would record audio for if he missed a tone, he could go back and review. I'm curious if this was a possibility for me and my scanner, and if anyone would walk me through the steps or direct me to a link that can provide me info.

I have a Uniden BCD325P2 -

Thank you in advance -

Start with the ProScan program. It will record from your scanner.

Then I suggest you get Trunking Recorder to manage the recorded files in a simple to use web page. It will handle the ProScan recordings.

You will need to connect your scanner's rec out to your computer's line in.

^^^THIS! There is no better software app for programming & remotely controlling Uniden scanners. 30 day fully functional free trial so you can get the feel for the app then $50.00 gets you two license activations. It's strongly recommended to invest in a Radioreference Premium Subscription to use the RR web import feature so you can import info from the database directly to your scanner. Makes programming so much easier, that I can tell you

Welcome to the RR forums!
