I found TG 19401 while listen and it isn't in the RRDB. As best as I can tell it is Fire Dispatch in conjunction with 19410. On 19410 I've heard mostly things like "stand by for tones, commercial fire alarm" then on 19401 they will give location, type of call, units dispatched, the usual. However they often end with "Newington to Cromwell on the radio"
