In Grafton County... Along with the Sheriff's Office is all the towns that they dispatch for... Thornton, Woodstock, Franconia, Easton, etc., as well as all the towns that are dispatched by them on their own channel, Littleton, Haverhill, etc.

Lincoln PD is digital capable and they do use it sometimes but more often then not they are still using analog. They also have a repeater on Loon Mtn. but when the units in the field are in town they are probably using the simplex channel on analog.

I have spoken with a few guys that are dispatched by Plymouth PD and they're still getting used to going digital and having to use repeaters....for those people who don't know much about radios having to go from a simplex channel to a repeater system is a big change... having to know what repeater to use depending on what part of town you're in and depending if you're in the car or on portable.

Alexandria is also P25. I believe Bristol, Ashland, Plymouth all went digital recently as I can no longer receive them.

yes the Talk is used for Speed stuff, and it is the Input to Troop E and C. DRED is Department of Recreational and Ecconomic Development, AKA the Fire Towers.

I know about the Grafron County PDs being P25 on County and the others being P25 on Plymouth, Hanover and Lebanon use it too

Just as an FYI, I worked for Exeter PD for 6 years until a month ago and they are not a P25 agency.

We briefly tried P25 for about 3 months but the brass upstairs was not happy with the "tinny voice" and despite all efforts by 2-Way to perfect it, we went back to the analog system, adding another analog repeater instead.

The P25 Motorola system is still installed, just turned off on the Orbacom dispatch console

Ok.

No, we 98% of the time talked to RCSO over the phone or SPOTS (State Police Online Terminal System). Any contact with other units was via EPD Analog. Any radio contact from RCSO was fire stuff (Medic Intercept) if they knew we were monitoring, and that was over Seacoast Fire.

Actually, that might not make Sense seeing as Rock-County uses 154.95 for Police Dispatch, but since they are on a Simplex, and i bet Greenvill is on Simplex as well (Because they are Dispatched by HCSO). So i guess it is entirely possible

Initially I thought "perhaps I'm hearing Rockingham..." But I'm receiving it full signal (I'm right around the corner from Greenville).

Two weeks ago I put up a discone outside (about 33' off the ground), connected via 25' of LMR-600. I'm simply amazed at what I can here. Now I need to go back and get all of my tones programmed/corrected and begin using tone squelch on the ones I can hear from multiple places.

I'm going to program systems by county and groups by service. After I get further along, perhaps we could compare notes/swap files (I'm using a 996 with the ARC software)

Let me know...

I believe you're correct. I think that may have been Rock County West after all based on some chatter I heard earlier today.

I suspected it may have been Greenville, as it was on NH Scanner's list of police frequencies (and also in the FCC db)... but I believe the P25 traffic was Rock Cnty.

Sorry for the confusion.

You mean the NAC Codes, if so then not really, they are not published.

Does anyone know the actual codes for digital operation for said frequencies?

Kevin

Yes, I have most of them. However, unless you are programming a two-way radio the codes are useless as currently no scaners have the ability to utilize this form of digital squelch.

That will change later this fall when GRE introduces a new line of consumer grade scanners able to decode the NAC and also allow you to program it on a channel or bank basis.
