I am programing a Icom FT70DT. I have state police, etc in but need Concord and some other local PD's.

Except for NHSP, nearly all NH law enforcement use the Motorola Network ID of 117 whiich was a pre agreed upon equivalent of the old PL of 136.5

Motorola uses hexadecimal numbers, I believe Icom may use Decimal...but will not be sure until I get to work. If so, the hex to dec conversion is 279.

Yes, I have most of them. However, unless you are programming a two-way radio the codes are useless as currently no scaners have the ability to utilize this form of digital squelch.
