Does anyone living within range of Nicholas County have the current assignments for the Nicholas Co./Carlisle freqs? KLC 556 (155.53500/ 155.37000) is listed as expired. A new license, WQCM712 (156.16500/ 151.43750/159.04500/159.06750) is listed in Carlisle. The fone number listed is the Sheriff's Office.... I briefly monitored some traffic on 156.165 this morning....
