1....... I am surprised west orange is not a site...

2....... I keep getting the "franklin twp IR " (hunterdon county) as a stand alone site on my scanner, but this map shows it as part of the north simulcast...any idea?

That map simply displays the site locations from all of the licenses where the North Simulcast frequencies are licensed at. There is no guarantee that it is a wholly accurate representation of the North Simulcast cell, and would only be as good as the licensing practices of the state as far as them keeping them accurate and up to date.
