There was another thread here that said Troop C's system was upgrading their microwave backbone and "throwing the switch" last night. Maybe that had something to do with it??

What are you hearing (or not hearing) exactly?

i heard nothing for like a half hour...thought it was my equipment, so i turned on my handheld and also heard nothing. around 11pm i heard a roll call with all of the newark cars and then troopb dispatchers letting their troopers know they were on backup channels.
