NJSP Tower ?

Does the NJSP have central tower locations or do each of the local barracks have thier own tower and repeater systems. I am located in the area of the Red Lion barracks, and was wondering if a Yagi style beam pointed at that location would help my reception of this system. Thanks for any info.
