There is a system that has no license anymore but they still use it for Fire kinda ops at points, and the other TG, CC, Slots on it is for a farmer Operations.

But can we submit DMR info like the TGs etc for the frequency if it's not license no more or we don't submit for non license or expired license systems?

I am not sure of the "official" answer but if you are sure of the information, submitting it makes sense. Here, we have atleast 8+ frequencies which are in use but are not licensed at all.

I submitted the frequency for fire a long time ago but never got the CC, TG, Slot etc, but I knew that the Churchill farms uses it for ops but so did the Fire but on different TG, CC, Etc ..

I got the info for the farm one today but yet to get the fire because they don't use it to much anymore and I wasn't sure if it matter if I might just get removed in the future or something.

Whether or not something is licensed is irrelevant for the RRDB. If it's on the air, it should be in the database, regardless of FCC licensing. Never licensed, expired license, canceled license, etc. doesn't matter to us.

That said, if the frequencies were previously licensed and that license has expired, been canceled, or been terminated...provide the old license with a note stating that it's no longer active. We do allow old license call signs to remain in the database as they often give better insight into the location of the transmitter(s), etc.

On a related note: we do not remove data from the RRDB simply because there is no license or the license is expired/canceled/terminated. If it's still on the air, it will remain in the RRDB. (Yes, we get submissions from time to time requesting stuff be deleted because there's no active license)
