Apparently, nobody in York County (state unknown) has stepped up to provide one
Assuming South Carolina going by the OP's location.

Can anyone shed some light on whats going on. I do pay for premium and it sux not being able to listen to it and use it at work

Paying for a premium subscription doesn't guarantee the ability to listen to a feed in a given area. Or that a feed even exists in an area.

It looks like these feeds (York County Fire and EMS and York County Sheriff Dispatch) are the "Official feed of the York County Sheriff's Office dispatch talkgroup on the York County 800MHz P25 radio network provided the Department of Public Safety Communications Technical Services Unit." Have you tried reporting the problem to the feed provider?

Plus you don't need a subscription or even an account to simply listen so paying for premium has no relevance to the OP's matter. Although commercial-free listening you get with a premium sub is a nice perk though ;)

If it is so important for your work you need to buy a scanner/G-series pager rather than rely on someone else's feed that may or may not be up tomorrow. If you listen for entertainment at work I'm sure it wouldn't make the boss happy.

These feeds are online, me and 10 others are streaming. Albeit I haven't heard any audio on either in the 10 minutes I've been tuned in & maybe this is the OP's issue. How busy are they normally @Dirtdevil72 ? You'd think with 10 active listeners they would have gotten problem reports by now if they've been without audio for weeks
