TRX-1: No sound and no sign at P25 Control Channel

Does anyone know why the TRX-1 doesn't stop at control channel P25 when scanning?

And when I try to input the control channel frequency manually in "Tune Mode", it also doesn't show any sign on the screen and no sound at all.
Only the "S" mark and signal bars appear.

Please help.

It would help to know your city, county, and state and which agency you are trying to monitor. We need to know that info to look up the system in the database to determine possible problems.

Well, actually i had the contnrol channel in the other scanner (uniden).
But when I tried to scan the cc with trx1, nothing happened.
Btw, I lived in Indonesia.

I am going to take a wild guess here and say the OP is using the wrong terminology in his post.

The TRX scanners do not stop on control channels when it is in search mode, whether searching or manually imputing it in the Tune Mode. It is in the scanner's design and there is no fix for it that has been found.

No, there is no fix, it is how the search feature was designed as far as we can tell. Maybe @Whistler_Support will confirm or share a fix, but we've never found one.

No, there is no fix, it is how the search feature was designed as far as we can tell. Maybe @Whistler_Support will confirm or share a fix, but we've never found one.

It looks like whistler support is unable to fix this. They just update bandplan collection from many countries.
Looks like they don't have IT experts to support.

If you find a P25 Control Channel, please program it accordingly as a trunked system and select Auto fill to obtain the other frequencies in the trunked system.

Once entered, set a Talkgroup Wildcard and Radio ID wildcard then you can scanning this system using the scan function.
(make sure to enable the scanlist where the Trunking System has been created)

I think you could find it using IF output and SDR# (Sharp) or similar program. But that makes it a expensive sdr dongle which typically can be purchased for about $30us.

I know besides using trx-1, I can use uniden 396xt or 436hp, but that's not the main topic, of course.
