Yes. Rebanding ONLY affected the 800MHz band.

When you type in 159.4275, does your scanner try to change that to 159.430, or something else? If so, that may be the step settings are set wrong in your radio.

On my Pro-2018 it shows 159.427 in big and the 5 was small

Yeah, that's fine. That's the way a lot of those older scanners did it back then.

After checking the 159.2375 frequency that I entered it changed it to 159.235 will it receive it because it's way off

235 and 2375 are not as "WAY OFF" as you may think

IT should work, if near-by, if trying for distance, well then YMMV
I've had agencies 6.25 off or even 12.5 off and heard them on the adjacent freq due to the strong signal

It's 60-80 miles away
