Is anyone else not getting norcom anymore I notice today not picking up any thing?? is it just me

The EPSCA simulcast zone site rebanded. Change the control channel to 851.4375. Make sure to apply the proper rebanding band plan depending on your make of scanner.

I thought that with rebanded systems you only needed the first two plans.
