So I just noticed on this app one source of their audio I'm not familiar with. Marshall AL EMS Dispatch Group Calls and another one that says Marshall AL Fire Dispatch Group Calls. I am no where near Marshall county and this isn't anything in Marshall county, it is Medstar here in Baldwin County, which is not on Broadcastify because that is a digital channel and the fire/ems on Broadcastify is all analog.

Just curious if anyone knows where the app may be getting this audio from because I'd like to know what else would be on there.

I am in Baldwin County, not Marshall county. Marshall is just what the audio feed source is called. What I am hearing is Medstar Amubulance here in Baldwin County, but there is no feed on Broadcastify with Medstar so I am trying to determine where CrimeRadar is getting that audio from.

The two below channels are Baldwin MedStar which are on AIRS which ultimately can be broadcast anywhere on AIRS system depending on the tower affiliations and/or patches. Crime Radar pulls from both Broadcasitfy and from the Calls platform. But looks like what you are hearing is coming from a Calls feed.

Ok I had never heard of Broadcastify Calls until today thanks. But I still don't understand where CrimeRadar gets the Marshall name from.

I use that Crime Radar app as well and have noticed that incorrect label, too. I sent them some feedback along with a screenshot showing the incorrect name, so hopefully it will get fixed.

Edit: I suspect the incorrect label is due to their AI transcription service. It's somewhat accurate but does tend to garble things like street names and place names. They probably didn't realize that Marshall EMS is in an entirely different part of the state.

Also, I'm the one providing the feed to Broadcastify Calls. It's still kind of a work in progress so I haven't posted anything publicly about it yet. Right now it's just audio from FD dispatch channels, BC Fire (fireground) and Medstar EMS. It's also only pulling audio from the Magnolia Springs site, since that's the one with the best signal where I live. Some call activity is sporadic, like Orange Beach FD and 911 North. Sometimes they're on Magnolia Springs, sometimes they aren't, so some calls are getting missed.

I'd eventually like to add Robertsdale and maybe even Seminole AIRS sites but right now both are giving me reception issues so I've held off on adding those. Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan and Orange Beach sites are all way too weak to decode for me so they're not options. A lot of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach city traffic (lifeguards, beach conservation, etc) don't make it to Magnolia Springs or Robertsdale sites.
