This is the River Grove and Franklin Park police and fire departments consolidation link in regards to the Cook County Dispatch Center. They're getting a new talk group for police (METRO LEYDEN), and the Fire Departments (CCFD & CCFD2), for when Cook County starts dispatching fire.

I see that Franklyn Park PD has CCSD Interop 1 as secondary does this mean they will only have two TGs on the system? No car to car TGs?

I'd guess they'll continue to use whatever they use now, but I don't know for sure.

Additional confirmation of Bellwood PD and FD leaving NORCOMM and switching to the Cook County Dispatch Center:

Per the filing, Bellwood PD will be leaving the current talk group (25311 per the database), and will be dispatched on Cook County's Metro-West talk group (25233 per the database) with other local departments and is encrypted.

Bellwood Fire Department will be dispatched by the Cook County Fire Dispatch on CCFD-2 (talk group yet to be determined).
