Thats an odd question all I can say is probably. They wanted the biggest and the best encryption, and it doesn't get any bigger or better than AES. Not that it matters encryption is encryprion no matter what form we wont hear anything on our scanners.

I didn't mean to across that way, just wondering since I noticed on the RR Wiki page 'Encrypted Agencies', the CCS is listed as using AES-256...
