That is what I am trying to determine. The license grant appears that they are analog voice with repeaters on the following:

462.1875
462.4625
463.9625
464.7625

If that is correct, I would like to know, for example, what sub-audible signalling is used, like PL or DPL, as well as who uses what. My best guess would be that one might be security, another might be facilities.

It is also possible that there is some use of ARMER, but I am inclined to think not. It seems like there are some educational organizations using ARMER, like the University of Minnesota and some State Universities, but I don't think I have heard much Community College or Technical College usage yet.

However, I have heard a couple of ARMER talkgroups that sound like Inver Hills Community College (IHCC) paramedic students. I think in the case of IHCC, it is just that program using ARMER. I haven't heard any security or facilities type traffic from them on ARMER.
