i have a XTS5000 700/800 and i found a few EMS/FIRE frequencies in my area (valley city) and i want to listen on them, i haven't messed with those kind of systems before, all help appreciated

General Scanning isn't the best thread/forum for you to post in. If you are asking for Motorola programming help you should ask in the Motorola forum. Please be careful and listen to the advice given by others, one small mistake and you are looking, at a minimum, at having your radio bricked by the system admin of the system. If you aren't sure how to do it, let a professional do it for you.
