I noticed that my ARC536 PRO does not import data from RR anymore. I have premium membership and I can browse the database items in ARC but when I hit ''Import'' it does not put it in my favorites list. It also pops someting like: "error processing data'' very quickly.
Membership is active and I did uninstall and fresh install the ARC software, no luck.
It's the first time I have that issue and I'm using Butel software for many years without any trouble.
