that info is not in the RR database, so I assume I have to program manually
You're going to have to search. The frequency tvengr gave you, and the two in the DB, program all three without a PL/DPL and see what you hear. I've never heard them in my travels through the area, so I assume they are quite small. You do know that a very large portion of this very large database at RR, and the very large database at Scan New England have been found from members searching. Literally dozens and dozens of us, dumping frequencies into our scanners, and sitting, sometimes for HOURS, monitoring for any indication. So I hate to tell you this, but if something isn't found, it likely means you're going to have to do some work on it. But it's not hard, just needs patience. To pick up a frequency, get the tone/tg/whatever data, and confirm you're hearing what you intend to*
(*- This is crucial. In the business bands around here, everything is used, twice over, if not more, all within the range of each other. So you may be monitoring frequency xx.xx for a hospital, hear someone come up on it with a PL of 107.2 and think , viola! That's it. But if you had listened, you may have heard the nearby oil company who ALSO uses that channel discussing dumping 150 gallons in Mrs Smith's oil tank. It was the transmission an hour later with the PL of 203.5 where they mentioned the ED, that was the correct answer. And we've all been guilty of jumping the gun...)
