Not receiving notifications via email

The last time I received a notification for my thread subscriptions was the night of 2/9. I'm not getting notifications for private messages either.

I tried clearing my cookies and logging in again but that didn't change anything. My email account isn't blocking any messages.

Go to Forums , then your forums profile, left side to your control panel, then settings & option & private
messages, then check the ones you want to receive. jbxfire

So apparently I can receive email notification when I use a different email address.
There is nothing wrong with the email address I want to use, I receive other emails to it regularly. :roll:

Same problem here, except mine started over a year ago.

I just did some experimenting and found the notification works on two other mail accounts that I use, but won't work on one particular email address. Spam filtering is set the same for all accounts.

The only thing unusual about the non-working email address is that it contains a hyphen in the username, and the working names do not.

For now, I'll just leave the notifications set to an account that works.

I also stopped receiving email notifications in the last couple weeks as well. All is properly enabled in my profile.

Submit a trouble ticket to support@radioreference.com with the email address you are having a problem with and I'll check and see what is going on.

If for some reason you accidently reported a notification email as SPAM (it happens all the time) then you will no longer receive emails from us at that email address.
