nsp disposition codes

does anyone know any whereabouts or how you can obtain the disposition codes such as "5404, 5405, 5406, etc etc... i believe "5416" is some sort of motorist assist but other then that i have no clue. thanks in advance, kent.

5405: Moving traffic violation
5406: Non-moving violation
5414: Property damage accident
5415: Personal injury accident
