Just to add to that, if Dispatch then says "Is your radio secure?".... That's a good indication that subject is now about to be in hot hot water.... LOL.

Numbers you may hear often....

10-27 (or just 27's) ID/DL etc
10-28 (or just 28's) License Plate etc
10-29 ( or just 29's - Positive/Negative) Local Criminal History etc
10-31 (or just 31's - Positive/Negative) NCIC History
in AR - 10-52/10-53 Warrant info
In Garland County, the SO usually ran all the local/state data separate from NCIC, so you'd get "Subject is Positive/Negative County and Justice" and if there was an NCIC flag, they would notify the deputy, who always would ask for 31's then.
Unsure if both 10-15, and 10-95 are both used in AR for "In custody" currently... When I lived in Hot Springs, some agencies were using 10-15, other were 10-95.

I mostly hear 10-15 for in custody up here in NEA.
