I haven't heard anything on NVCC PD DISP (773.40625 NAC 293) in about a month. Last I heard them they were partially encrypted, does anyone know if they've gone fully encrypted recently?

I wonder if they switched full time to the Fairfax County system?

They did not, they’re still occasionally using their two Ops channels on the Fairfax Co TRS.
