Four changes I can confirm that need to be made. Used an ICOM R30 and Uniden BCD325P2.

Boyle County Fire Dispatch 154.3625 is NXDN4800 with RAN=17 (which is correct in the DB)

Woodford County (Versailles) EMS Dispatch 155.1075 is NXDN9600 with RAN=44 (which is correct in the DB)

Jessamine Co (Nicholasville Police) Dispatch 155.655 is NXDN9600 with RAN=1 (which is correct in the DB)

Jessamine Co (Wilmore Fire) Dispatch 155.715 is NXDN9600 with RAN=10 (which is correct in the DB)

How would one know? If I program a freq for 6.25 and it should have been 12.5, what's the tell tale sign?
Depends on what receiver you are using. The Uniden x36HPs and SDS series scanners will display NX4 (6.25) or NX9 (12.5) in small characters on the screen. DSDPlus will indicate NEXEDGE4800 or 9600 on bottom of event log window

I'm using a Kenwood NX220 mainly, with a Whistler TRX1 as a backup.

I think you will see unit numbers and an alias on the screen but won't hear audio.
Nope. I was down in Mercer Co a couple of weeks ago; had the settings wrong and the radio would only stop briefly on an active channel then move on, no audio or data display. Once I switched the settings all was well.
