does anyone know what this freq is i hear lot of traffic saying this is skyhawk over the lady hugging the coast skyhawk out ?

It is used by NYPD SOD AVIATION
It is an aviation freq so others might use it as well..

It's used by ALL HELICOPTERS that land at the Wall St and other heliports, not just NYPD. The sightseeing choppers are the most common to use the frequency!!

That freq is used by aircraft flying the New York City/Hudson River VFR Corridor. Pilots announce their aircraft type, location and altitude when entering/flying the Corridor. The Skyhawk is making reference to a Cessna 172 Skyhawk.
